Our factory begins producing your custom order within 24 hours of being placed. Once we have your order complete, we will ship your order immediately, or upon the next possible business day. All shipments are sent via USPS, throughout the USA to include APO/FPO addresses. Every order is well packaged and inspected for quality before it leaves our facility. All orders over $20qualify for our free shipping! All our other services are optional and are upgrades from our free service.

Every product we sell is hand made to order with care and pride. Our quality control team meticulously inspects every item before it is packaged and shipped. We take the same care with all our products so you can be assured your products will arrive the way you ordered them and without factory defects. Should you receive items that are not as ordered, or are defective due to our manufacturing processes we will gladly provide you with a full refund or exchange less shipping costs. All items returned must be authorized by The Stretchmanebeats Administration prior to receiving them. So contact us if you have any questions in regards to any items being returned.
