Question: What is the difference between Exclusive Rights and Leasing Rights?

LEASING RIGHTS: You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat) for up to 6 months. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use until the lease is up in the 6 months. THE LEASE IS ONLY FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY (mixtapes, demos, small scale albums.)

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS: You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat.) You may use the beat for anything you wish. THIS IS NOT A WORK FOR HIRE. The producer retains all copy rights and royalties. The original seller may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page.

Answer: Yes, it's free for Exclusive beats and $10 extra for Non-Exclusive beats.
